‘Our Women In Architecture Forum has become company-wide, bringing to the fore any issues affecting us in the workplace’
This year, with the AJ and other studios, we celebrated both women and men in architecture. It has been a delight to join forces with other practices, to promote equality within our industry.
Through the year our Women In Architecture Forum has evolved to become company-wide, where the whole studio comes together and brings to the fore any issues affecting us in the workplace.
Within the forum, we recognise each other’s challenges, professionally and socially, we share knowledge and encourage the team to maintain a work/ life equilibrium.
At RPP our focus is to promote balance and foster a great working environment. Transparent policies and inclusive practices provide sufficient support to ensure we truly are catering for all career paths.
As a partner to the WIA we have scrutinised our own policies and provisions. In the coming year, we look forward to promoting and extending principles of equal practice to all in our industry.
