‘As a WIA partner, we have the opportunity to lead by example and highlight to our staff that gender equality should be the norm’
Levitt Bernstein is a proud partner of the Women in Architecture campaign and delighted to publicly support its objectives, which are so intrinsically linked to our own.
The practice was founded on the notion of equality and fairness for all, reflected in our gender balance across all levels of staff. People are at the heart of everything we do, and we work hard to offer a collaborative and creative working environment, where opportunities are available for all staff regardless of their gender, race, religion or sexuality.
As a WIA partner, we have the opportunity to lead by example and highlight to our staff – and the industry more widely – that diversity and inclusivity should be the norm, not the exception. Over the next year, we look forward to campaigning on a number of key issues, including flexible working and encouraging women to return to work after having children, both of which will make a real difference within our profession.
