‘Fundamentally, we are all striving for a gender neutral industry’
We are proud to be a founding member of Women in Architecture and to lend our support and voice to this important debate.
Being a Women in Architecture partner sends out a positive message to our clients, colleagues and consultants that we are continually striving for an inclusive industry. As a practice, we encourage experienced and talented women to remain working within the field of architecture, to progress their skills and further establish themselves as industry leaders.
We have a balanced gender split throughout our studio and actively manage workloads, provide flexible working conditions and support our colleagues through the various stages of their lives and careers.
Our working environment actively encourages personal growth and development, complemented with a sense of community, social interaction and belonging. Our studio culture encourages people to invest themselves long term in the practice; this creates a positive professional atmosphere, fosters harmonious long-term working relationships and results in a more positive experience for everyone.
We are all striving for a gender neutral industry, where any skilled architect has the opportunity to be an integral part in creating inspiring and beautiful places to live, work and relax.
