‘Fundamentally, we are all striving for a gender neutral industry’

Being part of Women in Architecture sends out a positive message to our colleagues, clients and consultants that we are supportive of an inclusive industry. As a practice, we encourage experienced and talented women to remain working within the field of architecture, to progress their skills and further establish themselves as industry leaders.

We have naturally arrived at a 50/50 balance within our studio. We actively manage workloads, provide flexible working conditions and support our colleagues through the various stages of their lives and careers.

Our working environment encourages personal growth and development, complemented by a sense of community, social interaction and belonging. We have a progressive culture where people feel they can invest themselves in the practice. Not only does this create a pleasant professional atmosphere, it fosters harmonious, long-term working relationships and results in a more positive experience for everyone.

Fundamentally, we are all striving for a gender-neutral industry, where any architect has the opportunity to be an integral part in creating inspiring and beautiful places to live, work and relax.
