’All practices must do what they can to achieve diversity within their ranks’
We are really pleased to continue our support for the W partner programme. The campaign has been instrumental in raising the profile of and promoting female role models, and its annual survey has provided a strong and ever-growing body of evidence of the issues women face in the profession. There is an opportunity now to build on the results of the survey, identify trends and focus on specific areas of concern. As a partner of the programme there is an opportunity to take part in the wide range of events such as speed-mentoring, panel events and case studies as well as the fantastic conversations and social activities that help us bring us all together and inspire each other. We particularly welcome how the programme is evolving to identify practical actions that we can all adopt within our organisations to move the dial on gender equality.

We actively engage with our W programme employee network, industry colleagues and sector peers and have developed an in-house Diversity action plan which has created a culture where diversity is recognised as our strength.
