House of Flags

AY-Architects representing the competing nations in Parliament Square

Designed by London-based AY-Architects, House of Flags is a temporary structure to celebrate the diversity of the London Olympic Games. Some 206 unique plywood flags — representing the competing nations — are arranged to create this vexillologist’s delight in Parliament Square. The installation will be in situ until 10 September.
