This is a significant role within a small editorial team, working on a brand with an international reputation and a long, distinguished history. The successful candidate will be responsible for the visual identity of the AR
Since 1896 the Architectural Review has been on a mission to discover and promote the best architecture from around the world. Through its authoritative coverage of buildings, urbanism, history and theory, it is a touchstone of inspiration and integrity for the global architectural community. The AR is aimed at a discerning, international and professional readership with subscribers in over 100 countries. Through the quality of discussion and dissemination of architecture both in its pages and on its website, it aims to inform, inspire and entertain, but also - more fundamentally - to connect architects with their profession’s core purpose of transforming human life for the better.
This is a creative and demanding post which involves working closely with the editorial team to bring a complex subject matter to life both in print, through the magazine, and digitally, through the AR’s new website. It is a permanent, full-time job based at our headquarters in Greater London House, NW1.
